The problem

Denver is one of the most crowded legal ad markets in the country.

Every commercial break already carries two or three firms, most of them with the same pointing finger, the same gavel, and the same phone number set to music. Buying more of that airtime is expensive, and it rarely makes a firm more memorable.

The firm that gets the call is the one someone remembers on the worst day of their year. That is a creative problem before it is a media problem — and it is the one we are built to solve.

How it works

Streaming TV builds the name. Meta brings them back.

01

Connected TV

Your spot on Hulu, Peacock, Max and the rest, bought by ZIP code rather than by the whole state. A firm with a fraction of the incumbents’ budget can own a handful of submarkets instead of disappearing across all of them.

02

Meta

Once a household has seen you on the big screen, Meta follows up with shorter cuts: attorney introductions, client stories, straight answers to the questions people are already asking. The leads cost less because you are no longer a stranger.

03

Reporting your intake team trusts

Cost per lead is where most agencies stop. We report cost per qualified intake and cost per signed case, reconciled against your intake numbers, so the budget follows what actually signs.

The numbers

What a twelve-month attorney campaign costs.

A worked model built on published personal injury benchmarks for the Denver market. Every assumption is shown, and every one of them can be swapped for your firm’s real intake numbers.

$205,000* invested over twelve months, media and production
~73* signed cases over the flight
$2,801* fully loaded cost per signed case

* A hypothetical planning model built on published industry benchmarks — not a record of any client’s results, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Your average fee, intake quality and market will move every figure.

Built for the rules

Creative that clears the bar — and Meta review.

Attorney advertising has rules most production companies have never read. We write to them from the first draft, so your ethics review is a sign-off rather than a rewrite.

Results, in context

Colorado’s rules treat even a truthful verdict as misleading if it suggests the next client will get the same. When a spot uses past results, we frame them with the context and qualifying language that keep them usable.

A named, responsible lawyer

Colorado requires an ad to name at least one lawyer or firm responsible for its content, with an office address. We build that into the end card from the start, not as a scramble in the final edit.

No “specialist” claims

A lawyer can’t claim to be a specialist in Colorado without certification from an accredited body, and a required disclaimer alongside it. That language stays out of our scripts unless you have earned it.

Meta’s personal-attributes policy

Meta rejects copy that implies it knows the viewer’s situation — “Injured in a crash?” is the classic refusal. We write hooks that get approved first time, instead of losing a week to resubmissions.

We are video producers, not your ethics counsel. Your firm reviews and approves every script and final cut, and the lawyer named in the ad signs off before anything airs.

Questions firms ask

Before you call.

We already run broadcast. Why add connected TV?

Broadcast reaches everyone in the market at once, which is exactly why it is expensive. Streaming lets you concentrate on the ZIP codes your cases come from and shows you which households actually saw the spot. Most firms keep broadcast and use connected TV to go deeper where it counts.

How long before it pays off?

Plan on twelve months, not three. Recognition is what drives personal injury calls, and recognition compounds. In the model below, cost per signed case falls steadily month over month with no increase in spend.

Can you feature our real clients?

Yes — with each client’s written consent and the context Colorado’s rules require. Real clients telling their own stories are the most persuasive thing a firm can air, and the thing we handle most carefully.

Do you handle intake?

No — intake stays with your team. We deliver every lead into your intake system or CRM and report on what happens to it afterwards, so nothing gets lost between the ad and the phone.

Let’s talk about your firm’s next campaign.

A thirty-minute call. We’ll ask about your intake numbers and tell you honestly whether streaming makes sense at your budget.
