If your sales team spends the first ten minutes of every call explaining what the product does, that is a video. Done well it shortens the sales cycle and stops good prospects from disqualifying themselves for the wrong reason.
Live action, animation, or both
Product demo films
The product in real use, shot properly. Macro work, controlled lighting, and a studio setup for anything that needs it.
2D animated explainers
For processes, software, and anything with no physical object to point a camera at.
3D product animation
Cutaways, exploded views, and the internals a camera cannot reach.
Scripting for clarity
The hardest part of an explainer is deciding what to leave out. That is most of the work.
Launch cutdowns
Trade show loop, website hero, sales-deck embed, and social verticals from one build.
Studio photography
Product stills captured on the same setup, same day, at a fraction of a separate shoot.
Product & explainer questions
Live action or animation?
If the product is physical and photogenic, shoot it. If the value is a process or invisible, animate it. Plenty of projects use both.
How long should an explainer be?
Sixty to ninety seconds for top-of-funnel. Demos can run longer because the viewer already wants the detail.
Can you work from CAD files?
Yes — for 3D animation, your existing CAD geometry saves significant modeling time and cost.
What does it cost?
Filmed product demos start at $2,500 with a small crew, and rise with locations, shoot days and the number of finished pieces. Animated explainers start at $5,000, with no crew or location; length, animation style and revision rounds move it from there.
