Guests book what they can picture.
Travelers compare properties on your website, on booking sites and on social media long before they reserve. Photos show a room. Video shows what the stay feels like: the arrival, the view from the balcony, dinner on the patio.
We shoot your property once and cut it for every place guests look: your website, OTA listings, social feeds and connected TV. Hotel video marketing works best when one shoot feeds all of them.
Hotel videography for every channel.
Brand and property films
The film that shows what a stay feels like: the arrival, the rooms, the setting and the people. Cut for your homepage and booking engine.
Room, suite and amenity tours
Short, clear walkthroughs of each room type, the spa, the pool and the fitness center, so guests know exactly what they’re booking.
Aerial and drone
The property, the grounds and the view from the air, flown by our FAA Part 107 certified pilots. More on our aerial and drone video.
Event and meeting-space promos
Ballrooms, meeting rooms and outdoor spaces, set and lit the way planners will see them. We also cover the events themselves: see event and conference video.
Restaurant and bar
Food, drinks and the room at its best hour, for the restaurant, the rooftop bar or the lobby lounge.
Social vertical cutdowns
Vertical edits for Instagram, TikTok and Reels from the same shoot, so social content doesn’t need a second day.
CTV spots for drive-market campaigns
Connected TV spots that reach travelers within driving distance of the property. See CTV and OTT advertising.

Your guests come first. We plan the shoot around them.
A property that’s open for business needs a crew that knows how to stay out of the way. We plan the schedule with your team before we arrive.
Scheduling around occupancy
We plan with your front desk and operations team: vacant rooms, closed outlets and quiet hours, so no one’s stay is interrupted.
Early mornings and twilight
Exteriors, pools and rooftops look their best in the first and last light, which is also when they’re quietest.
Talent and model releases
Everyone recognizable on camera signs a release first, whether they’re booked talent, your staff or guests who agree to appear.
A minimal-footprint crew
Small crews and compact gear in public spaces, set up and gone quickly.
Drone permits
FAA airspace authorizations, site checks and any local permits are handled in pre-production, by pilots who carry drone insurance.
Your team approves every cut before anything is published.
From the first walk-through to every channel.
Discovery call and property walk
We learn what you need to book, whether that’s rooms, weddings, group business or the restaurant, and walk the property to find the shots and the light.
A shot list built around booking goals
Every shot earns its place: the rooms and amenities that sell, the views and the experiences guests come for.
The shoot
One to two days on site is typical, scheduled around occupancy, with early mornings and twilight for the exteriors.
Edit and cutdowns
A hero edit plus cutdowns for every channel: your website, OTA listings, social and connected TV.
Delivery
Final files in the sizes and formats each channel needs, after your team has reviewed and approved them.
Quoted per property.
Every property is different: the rooms and outlets to cover, the days on site, aerials, talent and how many cutdowns you need. After a short call and a look at the property, you get a clear quote.
Before you call.
How long does a hotel shoot take?
Most properties take one to two days on site. One day suits a boutique hotel or a single venue; a resort with rooms, dining, amenities and grounds usually takes two. The schedule is built around your occupancy and the light, so early mornings and twilight are often part of it.
Can you film while the property is open to guests?
Yes. We schedule around occupancy, film in vacant rooms and during quiet hours, and keep a small crew in public spaces. Guests who end up on camera sign a release first, or they stay out of frame.
Do you provide models or talent?
Yes. We can book talent for lifestyle shots in the rooms, at the pool or in the restaurant, and everyone on camera signs a release. Some properties prefer to feature their own staff, and that works too.
Can you fly a drone over the property?
Yes. Our pilots are FAA Part 107 certified and we carry drone insurance. We handle airspace authorizations, site checks and any permits before the shoot, and fly when guests aren’t in the shot.
What do we get, and in what formats?
Finished edits for every place the video will run: a brand film for your website, horizontal cuts for OTA listings and YouTube, vertical cutdowns for Instagram, TikTok and Reels, and spots for connected TV. Room and amenity tours can be delivered as separate short clips.
Do you travel outside Colorado?
Yes. We’re based in Denver and have filmed for clients in Louisiana, Arkansas, New York, Missouri, Texas and Wyoming. Travel outside Colorado is quoted at cost.
