Need a video crew for a conference in Denver? Snowy Peak Films covers keynotes, breakouts, galas and annual meetings across Denver and the Front Range, with multi-camera crews and a highlight edit you can post while the event is still running. We've covered enough Colorado ballrooms to know where the power drops are, which hotel AV team will hand us a clean audio feed, and how long the CEO will actually run over. Coverage is planned around the two or three moments that matter, not the whole agenda.
Coverage built around the moments that matter
Multi-camera coverage
Two to five cameras depending on room size, with a locked wide, roaming handheld, and a dedicated speaker cam. Direct audio feed from house sound.
Same-day sizzle
A 60–90 second cut delivered before the closing reception, so you can post it while people are still in the building.
Full session recording
Every session captured and delivered as individually titled files, ready for your LMS or member portal.
Interviews on site
A quiet corner room and a two-hour block turns your attendees into a year of testimonial and promo footage.
Highlight film
A three-to-four minute recap for next year’s registration page — the single most useful asset from any event.
What it costs
A single videographer covering one day starts at $1,500. Multi-camera coverage, a larger crew or a same-day highlight edit add to that. What moves it is crew size, days on site and how many finished pieces you need. See what drives cost →
From the Colorado Convention Center to hotel ballrooms
We’ve filmed at the Colorado Convention Center and in hotel ballrooms across Denver and the Front Range. Every venue is different: the house AV team, the power, where a camera can sit without blocking a sightline. For multi-camera events we walk the room with your AV lead before the day. We also make venue and meeting-space promos for hotels and event venues: see hotel and resort video production. For nonprofits we cover galas and fundraising events too: see nonprofit video production.
One camera or three
A one-camera day is a single videographer, and it starts at $1,500. It suits one room with one speaker at a time. Multi-camera coverage adds a locked wide, a dedicated speaker camera and a roaming handheld, with audio straight from the house sound, and scales up to five cameras for larger rooms.
Livestreaming
We can livestream your event to the people who can’t be in the room. It takes extra setup time and specialized equipment we rent for the day, so tell us when you book and we’ll plan it with the venue’s AV team.
Before your event
How far ahead should we book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. We have covered events booked with ten days’ notice, but venue walkthroughs get skipped.
Can you livestream?
Yes. Livestreaming takes extra setup time and specialized equipment we rent for the event, so let us know when you book.
How fast is the highlight reel?
The 60–90 second same-day sizzle is typically ready four to six hours after we stop rolling, before the closing reception. The longer three-to-four minute highlight film follows after the event.
Do you travel outside Denver?
Yes. The whole Front Range is local with no travel fee, and we’ve filmed for clients from Aspen to Dallas.
Do you do a site visit?
Yes, for anything multi-camera. We walk the room with your AV lead, confirm the audio feed, and find our power and positions.
What about multi-day conferences?
Priced per day with a reduced rate after day one, since the setup carries over.
