Before your event
How far ahead do you need to book?
Four to six weeks is comfortable. We have covered events booked with ten days’ notice, but venue walkthroughs get skipped.
Do you do a site visit?
Yes, for anything multi-camera. We walk the room with your AV lead, confirm the audio feed, and find our power and positions.
Can we get clips during the event?
That is the same-day sizzle. Turnaround is typically four to six hours from the moment we stop rolling.
What about multi-day conferences?
Priced per day with a reduced rate after day one, since the setup carries over.
