Snowy Peak Films was the on-site video and photo crew for Dscoop Edge Rockies 2026, capturing three days of conference content for Dscoop's in-house team to edit.

Dscoop needed a Denver crew it could trust to capture its conference while its AV lead managed everything from Spain.
Dscoop's in-house team edits its own sizzle reels, sit-down interviews, roundtable discussions and show-floor interviews, so it needed clean, well-organized raw footage across several rooms at once. The team had been unhappy with the previous year's event photography and wanted a clear step up. Long conference days risked expensive overtime.

We built a staggered, multi-camera crew plan that covered every session without overtime, then delivered all footage remotely.
A plan built to the budget. Working with Dscoop's AV lead over several rounds, we restructured the crew schedule. Staggered call times kept every videographer within a 10-hour day, and crew roles rotated between b-roll and the interview room as the day's needs shifted.

A full crew under one point of contact: Our DP, Thomas Charleston, led a six-person team of videographers, an audio tech and our photographer, Dan Brenner. We shared a production guide with schedules, contacts and sample footage so everyone arrived knowing Dscoop's style.

Fast, flexible delivery: We uploaded roughly 860 GB of footage through MASV.
