Prophix Live! ’26

About the Project

Snowy Peak Films was Prophix's Denver video and photo partner for Prophix Live! '26 event. Over three days we captured customer testimonials, "women on the street" interviews and event coverage, then delivered the conference sizzle reel.

Prophix Live! '26 centered on AI and autonomous finance. The team wanted at least 15 traditional-style customer testimonials, filmed back-to-back in a single suite, alongside full event coverage for a sizzle reel and casual on-the-floor interviews for social media. It all had to fit a tight run of show built around general sessions, networking breaks and an evening reception.

We built the coverage plan around Prophix's priorities, staggering crew so every hour on site counted. We provided fast, flexible post-production: We handed off all raw footage on a drive before leaving the venue. We then delivered: A 2–3 minute sizzle reel, color-graded MP4s of every on-the-street interview, and 348 edited event photos, nearly three times the 125 in the original scope
